Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use Sproobo to provision and manage servers you own.
Last updated: July 10, 2026
1. Service
Sproobo provisions and manages applications and databases inside Docker containers on servers that you, the customer, own or control. We provide the control plane, orchestration, and tooling; you remain responsible for the servers themselves and for the content, code, and data you run on them.
2. Accounts & acceptable use
When you create a Sproobo account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to abuse or disrupt Sproobo's infrastructure or other customers, or to interfere with the security or availability of the service.
3. Plans & billing
Sproobo is offered on the plans described on our pricing page. Billing is handled by Stripe Managed Payments, acting as Merchant of Record, so invoicing, VAT, and sales tax are processed on our behalf. Each plan enforces resource caps (servers, apps, databases, seats, and similar). If you reach a cap, you can't create new resources of that kind until you upgrade or free up capacity — but resources you already have keep running; nothing already provisioned is stopped, deleted, or downgraded because of a cap change.
4. Customer data & ownership
Your application data, databases, and files stay on your own servers, on inspectable, bind-mounted host paths that you can open and copy at any time. Sproobo's control plane stores only what's needed to operate the service: configuration, audit logs, and deploy history. You own your data; we don't hold it hostage and we don't need to.
5. Availability & changes
We provide the service on an "as-is" basis and make reasonable efforts to keep it available and reliable, but at this stage we do not offer an uptime warranty or service-level agreement outside plans that explicitly include one. Features, pricing, and this platform may evolve over time as we improve the product.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sproobo's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the service is capped at the total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if we've been advised of the possibility.
7. Termination
Either you or Sproobo may terminate your account at any time. Termination stops Sproobo's management of your servers — deploys, monitoring, and support — but because you own your servers, they keep running exactly as they were left; nothing is remotely shut down or wiped as a result of ending your Sproobo subscription.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Sproobo will be brought exclusively before the courts of Zagreb, Croatia.
