Pricing questions.

Servers, apps, databases/services, and team seats you create; caps are per-organization. Releases kept = how many past deploy images we retain per app for instant rollback.
No. Databases and services are containers on your own server, so there's no per-database price, usage meter or storage charge from us, unlike managed offerings such as Supabase or Neon. Plan tiers only cap how many services you can create; your server's capacity is the real limit. See Sproobo vs Vercel for the full cost-model comparison.
Nothing is deleted or suspended. Existing resources over the new cap keep running (grandfathered). You just can't create new ones until you're back under the cap.
