1. Who we are

Sproobo is operated by Codify d.o.o., a company registered in Croatia, in the European Union. Throughout this policy, "Sproobo," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Codify d.o.o. If you have any question about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at hello@sproobo.com.

2. What this site collects

sproobo.com collects the minimum necessary to operate. The only place this site asks you for personal data is the contact form, where we ask for your name, email address, company, and an optional message — used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you opt in, to send occasional product updates. We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or marketing pixels anywhere on this site.

The only client-side storage we use is a single localStorage key, sb-mkt-theme, which remembers whether you prefer light or dark mode. It never leaves your browser and is never transmitted to us or anyone else.

3. The platform's data posture

For customers who use the Sproobo platform to manage servers: your application data, databases, logs, and metrics live on your own servers, under your control, on inspectable host paths — never mirrored to Sproobo's infrastructure. Sproobo's control plane stores only what it needs to operate the service on your behalf: account details, configuration, audit trails, and deploy records.

Payments are processed by Stripe as our Merchant of Record, which means Stripe collects and handles payment details directly. Your card data never touches Sproobo's systems.

4. Legal basis & retention

We process contact-form submissions on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to an inquiry you initiated — or, where applicable, your consent. We keep this data only for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any reasonable follow-up, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We do not use contact-form data for any purpose beyond responding to you.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Because Codify d.o.o. is based in the EU, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction (rectification) of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Restrict or object to how we process your data
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@sproobo.com. If you believe we haven't handled your data properly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Croatia, that's the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

We may update this policy as the site and platform evolve. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to check back periodically.
