How to manage your Sproobo subscription and billing

Sproobo uses a subscription-based pricing model. You pay Sproobo for the control plane, while Hetzner bills you directly for infrastructure costs.

Pricing Plans

Available Plans

  • Forge: €9/month - For solo builders (2 projects, 1 Hetzner account)
  • Orbit: €25/month - For teams (10 projects, 3 Hetzner accounts)
  • Apex: €69/month - For scale-ups (Unlimited projects and accounts)

Managing Your Subscription

    View Subscription

    Go to Settings → Billing to view your current subscription plan and billing information.

    Upgrade Plan

    To upgrade your plan, click "Upgrade Plan" and select a higher tier.

    Update Payment Method

    Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods to update your credit card or payment method.

    View Usage

    Check your usage and limits in Settings → Billing → Usage.

Billing Information

  • Sproobo Subscription: Billed monthly or yearly for the control plane
  • Hetzner Infrastructure: Billed directly by Hetzner for server costs
  • Invoices: Available in Settings → Billing → Invoices
  • Payment Methods: Credit card, PayPal, or SEPA Direct Debit
